Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will be notified as soon as your order has shipped.

Please note: High-demand periods, such as during promotions or new product launches, may extend processing times slightly, but rest assured, we work hard to get your products to you as soon as possible.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently offer the following shipping options for domestic orders (within the United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days – $5.99 (Free on orders over $50)
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days – $9.99

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.


International Shipping

Monae Beauty Co. ships internationally to select countries! Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.  

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are not covered by Monae Beauty Co. and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on the destination and customs processing, but generally take 7-21 business days.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status of your delivery in real time. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please allow a few extra business days before contacting us, as carriers may experience delays. However, if your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at info@monaebeauty.co, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.


Address Changes and Shipping Errors

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Monae Beauty Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you notice an issue with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
